If you are dissatisfied with our services, we are committed to issuing a refund, provided that genuine reasons are presented and verified through investigation. If you find our services unsatisfactory, you have the freedom to cancel your projects and request a refund. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests received more than 7 business days before the end of the current service period will be considered for the subsequent service period.
Refund Policy:
If any client is not entirely satisfied with our products, we offer the option of a refund.
We strive to deliver appropriate design concepts that meet our clients’ expectations.
Refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase. Similarly, for payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be processed to the same account.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that we issue refunds once every month, Day 15th, from the day you requested. UPDATED ON 16TH JANUARY 2023
